A Manna kiosk is a real bean-to-cup business you can stand up quickly: pick a model, place it — with our help in the Guided program — and start serving with 120V for Solo, Doppio and Doppio Ice or 208V for Grande — no plumbing, no construction crew.
What happens at each stage — and the practical logistics behind running one.
Choose the bean-to-cup model that matches your space and foot traffic.
Four models span tabletop to floor-standing — compact counters to busier spots. The license is monthly, with no royalties and no revenue share, so the business stays yours.
You secure the location. In the Guided program, you receive a shortlist of venue types, the pitch, and negotiating support.
The kiosk rolls in on wheels. Solo and Doppio use a standard outlet; Doppio Ice runs on 120V; Grande needs 208V — no plumbing and no water line. It is built and tested in Miami over 30 to 40 days depending on the model, so the location can be ready when it arrives.
Go live fast — installation is video-guided, with no technician visit.
You set the kiosk up yourself with a short video-guided walkthrough. Card payments go live the same day, and it pours real bean-to-cup coffee from your first customer.
Keep it running with remote support 13 hours a day and a light service load.
Remote support is available 13 hours a day. Software, dashboard, and loyalty updates are included in the license, telemetry flags when a restock is due, and day-to-day upkeep is a quick restock and clean.
Add kiosks once the first one proves out, reusing what you learned.
When your first location is working, add more on the same monthly license per kiosk. The playbook you built on kiosk one carries straight to the next.
The fear is real: you spend the money and then cannot find a spot. So here is the honest answer — in the Guided program, placement is the part we help you with most. You get a shortlist of venue types, a ready host pitch, and hands-on help approaching owners, plus two published terms if placement runs slow — a lead advance and a buyback, on the conditions set out in the Licensing Agreement.

In the Guided program: You own the conversation, but you never walk in cold. Here is exactly how the team backs you from a blank map to a confirmed spot.
Based on your area and the kinds of spots that already work, you get a target list of venue categories to go after — a clear starting point, not a vague 'go find something'.
A short, proven script you hand a property manager: a monthly revenue share, zero cost and zero work on their side, 120V power for Solo, Doppio and Doppio Ice or 208V for Grande, and no plumbing.
Guidance on who to contact, what to offer, and how to handle the usual pushback — so you walk into the conversation prepared.
Once a venue says yes, you lock it in. Solo and Doppio use a standard outlet; Doppio Ice runs on 120V; Grande needs 208V. The kiosk rolls in on wheels and can start serving within a day of arriving.
In the Guided program: A running pool of categories the team surfaces leads for — a starting pool you still close yourself.

Own the building yourself? Hand them this script. Here is what you say, and why it lands.
“It costs you nothing to host.”
No buildout, no lease, no staff — they add an amenity with zero capital.
“You share in what the kiosk sells here, every month.”
Income from floor space they already have and were not using.
“It needs 120V for Solo, Doppio and Doppio Ice or 208V for Grande, with no plumbing.”
No construction and no water line — the kiosk rolls in on wheels.
“The kiosk is installed, stocked, and serviced for you.”
None of the operational work lands on them — installation, restocking, and service stay with the operator.

In the Guided program: You are not stuck with a kiosk you cannot move — and you do not have to wait to start. Here is what each of the two public terms does.
How a location performs depends on its traffic, your pricing and how well the kiosk is run.
In the Guided program: You place it, with our help. You get a shortlist of venue types, a ready host pitch, and hands-on guidance approaching and negotiating — but you own the conversation and confirm the spot.
In the Guided program: You are not locked in. In practice, the fix is moving to a stronger spot — and you can do that at any point, long before six months. And if you decide not to continue within the first six months, an authorized Manna licensee buys the kiosk back at 60% of the kiosk price you paid, provided it is in good condition.
In the Guided program: It varies. Some partners confirm a spot within a few weeks of starting outreach, and others take longer. It depends on your area and how many venues you approach, so the more conversations you start, the faster it moves.
In the Guided program: A spot near foot traffic and power for the chosen model: 120V for Solo, Doppio and Doppio Ice or 208V for Grande. There is no plumbing, no water line, and no construction, and the kiosk is installed, stocked, and serviced for them.
In the Guided program: It costs them nothing, it adds a premium-coffee amenity, and every month they share in what the kiosk sells from floor space they already have. None of the operational work lands on them.
